MeetingManager Application
Meeting Manager
The Meeting Manager allows to organize meetings and meeting reports in your Wiki. It is a very powerful XWiki application with a slick User Interface.
Meeting Information
You can start your meeting by providing some basic information:- Set up an agenda
- Specify whether the meeting has already taken place, or is about to be held ("Status")
- Specify who has access to the information ("Access Rights")
- Provide a date and location for the meeting
- Fill in the name of the organizer
- Fill in the name of the typist
- Add tags
- Add comments
- Attach files
Date and location
You can prepare your meeting by adding the date, hour and address. You can identify the meeting location using maps.
Participants
Display people attending the meeting.
Meeting Notes
Use this section to take notes about the meeting.
Tasks
Use this section to build a list of tasks.
